I understand what you mean. It seems unfair. Sometimes, I think it would nice to have two husbands.. just think of the extra money I could spend!!! And more then one man to take the garbage out.. ahhh.. heaven!!!!
The not so heaven part- having to satisfy two men!!! Having to put up with the habits of another man, besides the one I have. That would almost be as bad as having an extra kid. To me, the cons far outweigh the pros. But hey, I also wouldn't want him to have more then one wife, so I guess I'm a little non understanding on this issue.

Polygamy was a biological realism. men are biologically polygamous, women are serially monogamous. Biologically you would only need 1 husband. A few servants to keep the place clean, but you are not biologically driven like guys are. It might be fun, but for guys it is a driving rage.

Some people are so offended by the idea of polygamy and/or polyandry that they can't even bring themselves to talk about it rationally. But having multiple partners is about a lot more than getting people to "have fun" with and to rope into doing your domestic work.

LOL - I can barely put up with the one husband that I have now. I can't imagine having 2.

I agree with you, and why not. Is it not fair that a woman can have more than one man?
