There Are A Few Breeds That Love The Water...Siamese Being the Most likely To Jump Right In...The Egyptians Trained Them To Fish......That is Why They Are Predominant In Many Hyroglyphic Writings...Theh Were Held On The Level of A Priest in Their Ancient Society.

My cat Halo loves water.If I have a shower,she hears the water running & meows at the door to come in.If I'm outside & have the hose running,she always wants to play.So I turn the tap down & have the hose set on a small steady stream & she chases the stream & loves getting wet. She's a Manx breed.(Don't know if they're more inclined to like the water or not) but her mum Lil likes it too,only occasionally.

I recently lost my old "tom" cat due to his age but when he was a kitten, he would climb onto my stomach when I was relaxing in the tub. He would curl and go to sleep while I was in there. His sister, who is still around, likes to sit on the side of the tub and drink the water...

A cat I once had loved to climb into the water after I finished my bubble baths and SWIM! He'd swim back and forth, back and forth. When he heard me running the water, he'd jump up on the side of the tub and walk back and forth meowing as if to tell me to hurry up and finish! It was the funniest thing. I actually got video of it once.

That's really strange cause MOST cats do hate getting the least bit wet. My cat runs for her life when she hears the shower...haha.

Had an old tom cat that would sit on the side of the tub and watch me wash. I could actually see him thinking " that's not how I take a bath!"

My cats aren't like that but I've heard cute stories. One lady's cat tried to "rescue" her from the shower! No harm done, it was just cute and funny.

Not with me, but my cat will get in the tub and make the faucet drip on his own accord. I can tell when he's been in there because his head's all wet.

haha...some cats do enjoy a nice shower...one of my cats hops in the tub after I take my shower. I guess he likes to drink warm water? lol
