Vegas you can do theme weddings and dress up like characters, sounds like he wants a wedding styled after the movie Shaft!

Having a "pimped out" wedding. watch the movie "Shaft" and see how they act then you'll know what your friend means. next time just ask them, if they're your friend then they'll just answer it, right
