It is 2.00AM. The "last call" announcements usually start around 1.40, and they are very strict about cutting off the service at 2AM. Exceptions are sometimes made for special events, when the liquor license has been extended, but 99% of the time, 2AM is when they stop serving liquor.

Officially...before 2am. Unofficially, some bars stay open for another couple of hours. The way some bars work is that last call for the general public is the 1:40 time. If you know people working at the bar, expect that to be extended about an hour. One such bar that stay open late is hey lucy on front street. There last call is as late as the friends you make. But for the most part expect last call to be around 2 and expect to be out of the bars around 2:30.
