If you are sure you have a spirit around you Well talk to him Dont worry he will understand you To hear was he is telling you is much harder because you have to develop a physic side

ok first i think u should call silvia brown shes a wrold know phsyic and shes pretty good. or you can take a picture of ur self with one of those spirit cameras and see if there is a white type of mist. or you can just forget about it.

You could get the quiji board. But a lot of people have died from it because they keep getting bad spirits.
