Your question is a bit confusing. The global climate is composed of all the climate zones and as such there isn't a 'which' climate as there is only one.

There are several climate zones and these are defined by the specific climate and as such, each climate zone has just one climate.

There are climate groups, types and sub-types; perhaps this is what you are referring to.

There are five different climate groups...

Tropical / Megathermal
Dry
Temperate / Mesothermal
Continental / Microthermal
Polar

Both temperate and continental are divided into the most types (sub-groups), four in each case...

Temperate is sub-divided into Humid Subtropical, Mediterranean, Maritime Temperate and Maritime Subarctic

Continental is divided into Hot Summer, Warm Summer, Subarctic or Boreal and Extreme Subarctic.

It gets more confusing because there are further subdivisions and this means that in total Temperate has eight climate types and sub-types whereas Continental has 12 climate types and sub-types.

Hawaii boasts 11 of the 13 climate zones in the world, each with unique ecosystems and weather characteristics. Factors such as elevation, pressure variations, rainfall, wind and topography combine to create distinctive locations throughout the islands. Climates you may encounter in the Hawaiian Islands include the humid tropical zones, from sea level to 450 feet (137 m), the arid and semi-arid zones, the warmest parts of the islands, the temperate zones, at certain locations above 1,300 to 1,650 feet (400 to 500 m) and the Alpine zones, chilly areas above 10,500 feet (3,200 m).

Where I live along the CA coast - It can be 55 degree foggy at my house and 10 miles over the hill it will be over 80-90 degrees.
Does that qualify?
