the new update for the ps3 2.00?

am having trouble with the new update 2.00 my ps3 keeps frezzing up and the little green thing keeps flashing and crap and the information borad i think is causing this i dont know what going on but i need how do i delete that one version of it or could it be my wirless router

If you turn the information board off, the PS3 probably wont freeze up at all. I had the Information Board on my PS3 and I noticed that the title screen/XMB was a little slow and I turned the Information Board off and everything was back to normal.

Also, you cannot go back to a previous update version once you have updated it to a newer version.
