Good question. some key information that is needed. Did the chicken start out frozen? If so you'll be fine. If it was only refrigerated then it spent a lot of time at warm temperatures and that's never good. I wouldn't eat it but if you choose to then cook it VERY thoroughly and don't keep it.

in case you are able to, have a seperate cutting bored for veg, and one for meat. once you narrow back or cope with uncooked chicken, wash your palms straight away away afterwards, stay away from touching something which includes your palms till now you wash them. in case you have a faucet which you will activate without utilising your palms, great, in any different case wash the faucet after, (i do no longer understand if it particularly is obsessive yet i think of it particularly is risk-free). you are able to desire to be careful with uncooked chicken by way of fact it could infest Salmonela at specific temperatures. Afterwards, wash the cutting board, knife, something which you have used for the chicken with warm soapy water. And definite, germs will stay on the sponge so which you may replace them generally. you additionally can purchase an disinfectant spray, like detol, to spray on the surfaces once you're finished. continuously wash the bored and knife after cutting chicken, whether you're approximately to cut back some thing else up on it as nicely, as this might contaminate the nutrients. desire this enables :) P.S. to make confident chicken is cooked, it particularly is going to be warm, white, no longer pink, for the time of.

As long as you are going to cook it you don't run much higher of a risk of salmonella than you did in the first place.

If it started out frozen you will be okay. If it wasn't frozen, then there is a good chance it has high levels of bacteria and will give you food poisoning. I personally would not risk it and would throw it out.

Just eat it. You'll be okay as long as you cook it well. I would recommend a chicken stir-fry or fajitas.
