Gadzooks, you mean people eat pretzels without mustard?! I'm originally from the Philly area -- to me there's nothing like a warm soft pretzel with mustard. We even keep those froen Super Pretzels on hand just in case we need a fix.

If you're talking about the the warm, soft, just baked pretzels you get at the county fair, then, yes... they are wonderful.
