Damn, please tell me you didn't finish high school! I would hate to think that someone with the grammar of a goat, and the scientific understanding of a soap dish wouldn't have a diploma.

What makes you believe that evolution isn't true, and for that matter, what makes you think that creationism is? Oh, and the theory isn't that we evolved from monkeys, which I'm sure you'll get in nearly every answer from evolutionists on here. We shared a common ancestor, and through environmental pressures, changes in habitat, and a host of other reasons, that population of "cousins" diverged into different species due to adaptation and natural selection. It's really quite simple, if you take the chance to learn.

Your complete and total lack of understanding of evolution, natural selection, biology, chemistry, and the scientific method in general is beyond mind boggling.
Exactly what are they teaching in science classes these days? Or are you home schooled????
EDIT: You ask a question like THIS and then expect people to react NICE???? Come on...you were asking for this when you posted this question....
If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch....

you are confused. evolution does not depend on one species changing into another species in a single generation. instead, hundreds of mutations in different individuals, each having small effects, accumulate and spread through a population over hundreds of generations. since mutation is random with respect to the needs of the organism and gene sequence space is so large, it is very unlikely that evolution will produce any particular species twice: contrary to your assertion, humans giving birth to monkeys is not a prediction of evolution.

Hmm, prehaps you should pick up a reputable book on evolution and read, I would recommend anything by Dawkins or Dennett.
Then come back here and ask questions about evolution that aren't ignorant and just plain funny.

You poor girl living in Kentucky and so, so uneducated. I feel sorry for you. You can't even spell, let alone even try to understand a concept like evolution, which clearly you don't. Isn't that creationist museum in Kentucky? I thought it was West Virginia that had all the incest!

I sincerely hope you are a troll.
It's evolution and no where in the Theory of Evolution does it say that we evolved from monkeys.
However, lets imagine for a minute that it did and follow your logic that your sister would then give birth to a monkey.
I am certain that I am descended from my grandfather. I am just as certain that I will not give birth to my grandfather.
*Cheers*

Why do people think evolution works that way?
WHY???
It's not a matter of belief, it's a matter of understanding. Once you TRULY understand evolutionary theory, you won't ever again claim that it's a matter of "belief.
Look into these sources:

And here are a few "intro" pages:

If a monkey ever popped out of a human, it would actually DISPROVE evolution.
But you'd know that if you paid attention in school.

Have you had ANY formal education? If not, get some quick!
And evolution does NOT say the humans came from monkeys. It postulates that humans and apes came from a COMMON ANCESTOR.
