NYC has changed drastically in the last 30 years. For example, Times Square once was a runned down junkie haven with cheaper hookers and an open drug market. Today it's a spiffy tourist attraction with loads of tourist sites. Complete reversal from yesteryears. In 30 years from now, NYC will be corporate suits and a haven only for the ultra rich.
