Stacked snow or blizzards can be a symbol of repression, whether it's internal or external. Are you feeling alone and left out? Is there something you've been locking up inside that may be fighting desperately to be released?

i would presume it means that you are in a place in your life where you feel the circumstances are holding you in a place where you cant move or go forward. Ice is not moving water is. This will change just focus on yourself right now and do what you need to do as far as preparation so you are better equipped when times change and you do get new opportunities.
