oh darn, I was hoping it was adultery...............
I believe that we must be the best we can be at the moment. Not someone else's best, and not the best I was days ago etc. We can do the best we have for that moment in time. Unfortunately no one is perfect.

who wins God's law or beleif in Jesus? Let Jesus put it this way, "If you love me (Jesus) you will keep my commandments"
who go to heaven? those who DO the will of God. 10 commandments are Gods will.
they will cry out lord lord, but only those who did something, as in Gods will, faith in action, like Abraham, Noah, Mary the mother of God. These went to heaven for doing Gods will. The Lord never makes it IMPOSSIBLE to obey his commandments, grace makes everything possible. why what commandment do you think you cant obey?

The point of the Law was to show us our imperfections. To show us all that we were sinners. The point of God's grace is to pay the sin debt we owe regardless of our merit.
Heaven does not depend in the slightest upon how well we keep commandments. However, the nature and intimacy of our relationship with God does. We obey because we love and because he loved us first. Fear (unless defined respect) has nothing at all to do with the Christian vocabulary.

There is nothing in N.T. Scripture that says Christians are required to keep ANY of the old covenant law. So your question is irrelevant when it comes to salvation. The gospel is a message of salvation found in Christ -- not Christ and the commandments required of Israelites and not Christians.

If you love God you will try very hard to keep His commandments. As long as you are really trying and asking God to help you, I think you are covered.

According to the Bible, God's law shows our need for Jesus, since it is impossible for anybody to keep all of the law.

If you are saved, then you will give up your life toGod, and nothing becomes "neccesary" for yourself anymore. Everyone sins, saved or not, but if you think it's neccasary to sin, then you probably arent very close to God. in this case, i dont think you are very willing to live as God wants you to. If you want to go to heaven, then pray and ak God to help you to give up all you want and "need". i promise your life will be better.
