my neck is held off center. Why can't I hold it strait?

It gets to pains. Does anyone relate

I've never experienced this but saw a story about something like this on a program called Mystery Diagnosis that's on Discovery Health. Turned out the young man had a problem with his vision that was causing the problem with his head and neck being in an awkward position.

I would recommend seeing your eye doctor for further evaluation as well if you haven't already to see what they say.

I do this also. For me, I need to be constantly conscious of what I am doing and hold it straight.
