no offense but it sounds like you need to learn some "ground and pound" it works for me.Unless of course you are not in Mixed Martial Arts-then it just sounds like wrestling to me and you could probably get him with a cow chain.No matter how strong-if he's not smart and agile he can't get out before he is pinned..

IF you are training in a gi then I would suggest collar chokes.
