Well don't forget that looks aren't everything (unless the other person isn't worth a damn because going just for looks is as efficient as trying to break a glass with cotton).
Remember that personality matters, If I see a hot girl that is dull, boring or predictable I definetly wouldn't take her in account for any dates or anything.
Do some introspection and check what you might be lacking so you can start working on it. Also don't forget that looks are in the eye of the beholder.

If you feel that no one notices you and your really hot, then you must have a low self-esteem. Believe it or not, even though you don't think anyone notices, they notice. Just be yourself and the main thing is to be happy! Guys will notice happy girls, trust me. Hope things turn out well!

You should re-read what you just wrote.
You sound like a very self obsessed and arrogant, not to mention annoying girl (I'm so hot, just ask me!).
Confidence and arrogance are not the same thing. The first is attractive for starter, the second is definitely not - in fact is a sign of low self esteem (No one is paying attention to me!).

They may notice you but are too intimidated to talk to you.
I had a guy tell me (after I asked him why he was so shy around me when he was first introduced to me), that my looks, warm personality and good self confidence intimidated him! Sometimes you need to jump out and grab someone! They may be to shy to say the first word./

to start off , i am not a guy but:
I think that you need to feel good about yourself and maintain some self esteem. do you really need guys to pay attention to you. get an education, be independent. guys find girls that look hot and are smart and can think for themselves very sexy.
