Don't waste your money on a truck. get a real car. Go to autotrader.com and put in the amount of money you are willing to spend and it will bring up all your options. If you woudl have posted a dollar amount you would have gotten specific car names.

Forget trucks unless you need a truck. The price of gas is not going to drop to 2.00 a gallon again. Find a nice car, better mileage per gallon and easy on the wallet, leaves more money for the ladies. Women like guys with a brain in their head too and a nice looking comfortable auto will prove you're a smart guy.

Personally, I got a Trans Am, and let me tell you, it is just awesome. If you have the money, get a nice classic one. Or you can get one on ebay. They go for decent prices. You might have to fix up some of them. The Trans Am has a lot of history, so its nice to know you a car with a good legacy. Go for it.

I kinda agree with hotshots above. A TransAm will kill you not only in terms of insurance, but also gas and maintenance. Bad, bad idea.
Since you don't have a lot of money, I'd say go with something like a Honda Civic that you can actually afford to keep. They're definitely cool and reliable.

I say honda civic. buy an old cheap one and put a integra engine, modify it, and if you want paint it rims, and all the other expensive garbage, but for me i like car that looks like a piece of crap but can beat everyother car out there. No TRANS AM the insurance is too high and its not reliable, no american cars are these days
