Abilify causes tremors that are regular. There is nothing that happens when you rest your limb.

YES! Abilify can cause the so called "extrapyramidal" symptoms. You can have tremors, shakes or ticks, or other involuntary movements in some cases. It can also cause some restlessness and muscle stiffness.

You can have a tremor only a particular period like when you are resting your limb and you can have regular tremors as well. It is IMPORTANT to note that abnormal or UNCONTROLLABLE movements are serious side effects so you have to see your doctor at once if you notice them occurring.

Abilify caused tremors in my legs while I was resting them AND at other times. It passed after a few weeks of taking the drug and being raised to a higher dose.
