Ok, so this guy's had a thing for me for 2 years now. Me, being the totally non-observant person that I am just found out about this a month ago.
Now that I know this, it's kind of akward between us. I can totally pick out when he flirts with me, which is pretty much whenever we talk...! It's starting to get annoying. I always catch him staring at me, it's kind of weird. I don't want to be anything more than friends. I've almost tried to avoid him, and I know I shouldn't, I just don't really know what to do! Help me!

Pretend like nothing has happened. I know it's hard, but go back to the way things were before. If he's liked you for two years, he's obviously too shy to tell you up front, so you won't have much of a problem avoiding the issue. If he does ask you out, tell him you value your friendship and don't want to ruin that; to avoid hurting him, I wouldn't say it right now until he says something to you first.

Just flat out tell him that you're not interested. if he's a real man, he'll learn to accept that.
If not, then you can always get a restraining order.

try telling him you just want to be friends, but that it's ok for him to like you, just as long as he stops staring and flirting with you.

Tell him that you know that he has feelings for you, but your just not into him like that. He'll understand, and if he doesn't, he'll learn to.

well tell him that u dnt want to be more than friends......if things still feel acward just tell himor tell him right away....thats just abt all u can do
