My Ex girlfriend, I don't kiss or "make out" with other people, I think those are very important things that should be treasured for special people and not given to just any stranger.
It's like eating your favorite food with just anyone, It'll eventually lose it's flavor and it won't be the same thing... I'm an old fashioned guy though, but if there's no butterfly in stomach feeling and something serious, I won't give away my kisses.

This African guy who wouldn't take no for an answer, and before that a Mexican who wouldn't take no for an answer (I wonder what's up with that?). so technically it was this classmate in the 11th grade... It was the best kiss i've ever had.
