I've worked alot on my stand-up. I'm currently a third degree black belt in taekwondo and I have some really nasty leg kicks. I'm 5'8, 200 pounds, and believe it or not, i squatted over 520 pounds on a powerlifting meet! I was a powerlifter back in the old days. However, a friend of mine told my I suck at wrestling. Any suggestions before I join the MMA?

Columbus, OH (AP) - A seven-year old boy was at the center of a Franklin
County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over
who should have custody of him. The boy was present because of a history
of being physically abused by his parents. His parents claim to be huge
fans of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. They claim that they are
only attempting to toughen him up so that he may some day be a
professional fighter.

The judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child
custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to
the highest degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he
proclaimed that his aunt was even more abusive than his parents and he
adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that
he live with his grandparents, the boy broke into tears saying that they
also beat him.

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning
that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the
judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who
should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child
welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to Mirko "Cro
Cop" Filipovic, whom the boy firmly believes is not capable of beating
anyone.

The Miletich camp is very good from what I understand and the only thing I can suggest is take in everything you can; even if it does not work for you or is a good fit for you personally. Oftentimes when people go to training seminars or camps they get back home and don't stick with it or they miss half of it while they where there, forget half of what they learned so that when they get back home it is only with one fourth. Take a small notebook and write things down and then review them and expand them if needed or summarize them each night before the next days training. This way you will come away with more information, more training, more skills than otherwise.
