i heard that, i drink it every day, and i see a couple pimples, or am i just paranoid? they say too much vitamins make you have acne. true?

I don't think so. Most pimples are caused by stress, or an overbundance of Hormones, or a sudden change in Diet... Vitamins would have NOTHING to do with those...

Well you've answered your question there, smoking is really bad for your skin. But i also suggest having a look at what you've been eating lately, e.g. fatty foods are also bad. Get some early nights too. What makeup are you using? Also, only use water and a flannel when washing your face, some soaps can irritate your skin. I have particularly sensitive skin and after using a moisturiser i came out in pimples all over my cheeks just under the surface. Not very nice! Stress is also a huge factor, when doing my finals i was a bit of a mess so can empathise there! Just take a break now and then and chill out, light some nice candles and have a lie down... hope this helps! good luck with the assignment!

No. Vitamin is good for preventing your pimples but does not contain enough strength to fully prevent them.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

No, however perhaps you are allergic to one of the ingredients and it causes you to break out?
