Theres a few pics that have blurs on them that i kinda wanna take off...how do i do that?

If your using Photoshop, there are some plugins that can do it.

You could write your own unblurring software -- I'm not aware of a commercial package that does it, but I'm sure one must exist.

Can't be done. The source data is corrupted. It's not like the special effects guys on CSI...

In most cases you can't "unblur" pictures.
