We are having a potluck next week and my co-worker wants to make it. I have never heard of it before. It sounds like parfait. Anyone have a recipe? Thanks

Bionicos

This is the amounts to make 2 servings:
1 Fuji Apple
1/4 cantaloupe (green or/and orange)
6 strawberries
1/2 cup of blue berries
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
1 banana
2 kiwis (if they are in season)
1/2 cup of crema mexicana
1 can/tin of calvel mil
1 can/tin on condensed milkmaid
4 tbs of shredded coconut (in the baking isle)
1 mini box of raisins
optional:
Granola
Honey
shredded almonds

Fresh fruit in small pieces (apple, melon, banana, papaya, strawberries) or any fruit of the season.

Later you prepare the cream with the following : 1/2 cup of cream (Mexican sour cream), 1 tin "Clavel" milk, 1 condensed milk tin the Milkmaid you liquefy everything.

In order to adorn you can use any cereal, chocolate sparks, granola, raisins, almonds, the Coco and/or honey.

In a crystal glass or plate you place the fruits and you add the prepared cream and can you adorn with granola or what ever you like. You can replace the cream with plain yogurt, and is just as delicious!
