HE told my parents numerous times that i kissed a guy at a party which he was NOT at but his friends were who told him. So now he calls me a whore EVERYWHERE and im NOT at all....most people in my grade have been having sex for yearsss and i haad my first kiss and he told my parents and i denied it to them and (me being the better child and him not having real evidence b/c he wasnt even there) so they believe me when i say that i didnt kiss anyone. BUt now i dont know what to do b/c ive tried EVERYTHING and its been months and he wont stop. i just treatened to break his laptop if he doesnt stop and he agree but the second i put it down he started calling me names again and saying things to my parents. HE is one yr OLDER than me and he goes to the same school and he just doesnt stop with this and i dont understand why...its really not a big deal and hes bringing this monster out in me which i didnt even know could exist. all i want to do is kill him. i hate him and i dont know wat to do

He sounds like he's beign really aweful, but I'm sure its only because he has no way inwhich to cope with his jealousy. Right now you feel really angry, but just don't give him the satisfaction of your anger.
plus: I don't think it's wrong that your parents allowed you to go to a party. High school is about balancing fun and work so you can go to college and have more fun.

Wow. He is really getting off on making you miserable. When you show him that it isn't gonna work, that is when the taunting will stop. Not before then.
He is jealous of you (probably b/c you are the "better" child) therefore he is attempting to place negative attention on you.
Most likely, you are the only one who is even interested in what he is saying, and only then because he is speaking ill of you.
Like I say, IGNORE him. When you show him that he can speak any lies about you and you won't be affected, he will stop. He may start something else up, but just be the "better" child and turn the other cheek.

Your brother is succeeding in his goal - to enrage you. Underneath, he is showing you how he feels all the time about himself. He is filled with resentment, self-hate, and anger, and he tries to bring it out in others. He hasn't gotten bored yet, because he can always get a rise out of you. The real problem is between him and your parents. But I don't know if you can influence that. The best thing you can do is ignore him no matter WHAT he says, because his #1 goal is to make you lose it. Every time you ignore him, you are driving him nuts. He will escalate to make you lose it but stand firm on ignoring him. Your goal is to become so boring that he will lose interest and move on.

The real reason besides the name calling is because he told on you and you lied.Sooner or later your parents will find out and if they had any sense ,no parent should let their minor kids go to parties,unless there are parents who do not drink or do drugs chaperoning.

First of all don't break his sh!t or you'll get in seriou serious trouble for that and you don't need that. Just cuz he's calling you names don't worry about it. He's just jealous is all. Just ignore him. If he calls you that again tell him you like it. Just pretend that you do like it and he'll leave you alone. It's only a name. No worries. He's just enjoying getting you upset you know
