The best way to increase your calf strength, is to get on some stairs. Put both feet on the ledge of one of the stairs, but have about 3/4 of your foot hanging off, so all of your weight is on your toes. And go on your "tippy toes" and then go back down. And repeat it. But don't kill yourself the first time, you will feel it in the morning and won't be able to walk.
Also, you need to build up strength in your upper legs, so do some power jumps. Take like a step or two, and jump off of two legs as high and as powerful as you can. Again, do a few reps and stop. Don't over-do it. Again, it will hurt badly.

And for a 12-15 year old, maybe 2 feet? I really am not sure.

If you are not much taller than 6'(1 85cm) and dunking is not easy and does not comes for you then you'll need this system from here https://tr.im/BBmFQ to discover ways to dunk without a problem.
The Vert Shock program promises you something between 9 to 15 inches improvement on your vertical jump.
With Vert Shock process you won't require a gymnasium since all that's necessary for the work-out is a park benchor a small wall and a soft area where you could do your level leaps and your box jumps and a basketball for a few exercise.
With Vert Shock you'll learn to dunk 9 to 15 inches higher in just 8 weeks without high priced gym.

Ok to show you that we are not all offensive. Jumping is not important, unless you plan on jumping onto a scaffold to escape a dangerous situation, then it can be critical. Jumping is individual and dependent on one's self. Look at gymnasts they can "jump" during their floor routine. High jumpers etc. Focus on the important things such as Myagi's "Best defense no be there."
