What's "wat"? If you mean "what", then spell it that way.

And like any 2nd grader knows, you capitalize the names of states.

Georgia will have to work out agreements with other states to see if water can be diverted to the Georgia system.Where it will come from and in what quantities will depend on how the adjacent state's supplies have been effected by the drought. Do all you can to conserve water. I'm sure all the media sources have been stating ways to conserve for some time.

If I lived in Georgia and the water ran out for drinking I would be moving.

probably distribute it from somewhere else... then prices would go up...

a year from now you'll probrably be worried about flooding so do yourself a favor and think about something else.
