Assalaam Alaykum

Alhamdulillah I got a job in a Islamic School, I left but they wanted me back (",) so I went back.

I have just found out about the pay it is relatively low, but this is not a problem for me, as what's more great them having a sense of Islamic principles and being able to adhere to them with out any one intervening and condeming...!!

For my family it will be a BIG problem!!!

What do I tell them?? I know if I tell them how much it is they will tell me to leave since I put so much hard work in!!

Edit @ starwhit... Alhamdulillah they compromised (",) I took all of the advice you gave to me! As my degree consists of 1 say and the rest I need to be placed at work or at placement. I don't see money as an issue as Alhamdulillah I can get by and help my parents too (",)

I hope you did not give up your education. This is precisely why I told you that you should finish your education. Not having one will get you exploited. Had you had a degree, you would have been able to push for a better offer.

One always seeks to find better opportunities for oneself and the best way to go about it is to find a better offer elsewhere.
You are then in a better situation to negotiate.

I know you say that it is okay to you that the pay is low, but this means you are under valuing yourself. Why? It is not wrong to
seek for yourself.
There is a hadith which says: Do for your life as if you will live forever ad do for your afterlife as if you will die tomorrow.

*Sigh* like I always say, God doesn't want to inconvinance us just because we are Muslims. with that being said you need to set your priopities. I used to have a job that paid about $12/hr its one of those jobs where I get to help people, I loved the job but I had to live when I got a better job $17/hr. If I were in a financially stable place I would have probably stayed with the helping people job, but bills got to get paid so I took a better job. Now u are not me, if u fill like the money u make teaching can pay ur bills, then so be it, but if it would put u in a stroggling position, pleseeeeeeeeeeeee get a better job.
Peace.

as u mentioned that money is not a problem so donot leave this. Give priority to your satisfication, if u are satisfy than pay does not matter. You can leave this job in future if u face any problem, but leaving now, u will lose many opportunties of learning experience in such a conditions

Salaam Alaykum,
It is only with a small degree of envy...I can say I wish I had that job. If you do or don't take it....I would cut off my own hand
to have it..so pray for me I get that opportunity..and if my parent's didn't like it well with all respect I could give them..they could bug off if it was me.
Wasalaam
