What is this a SIGN of?

Stubborn that I am, I've deleted question posted seconds ago, because it was placed again in wrong category!!!!!

Here I go again: I live in a city in South Florida where there are at least 20 times more men than women. But I'd notice same thing in previous city in same county, which is not like this one, a beach city...At any time of the day or night there are hundreds of men out in the streets, buses, stores, etc. No, not all are workers!

I thought this evened up a bit at the supermarket, but last night I proved myself wrong; it was dinner time (and with approaching holidays), still there was at least 10 times more men than women. Why? Does it happen in your city?

Also, unless I'm mistaken it'll be other way around in the near future, for I've noticed that there's at least six times more little girls than boys.

i guess i have never had that problem. but maybe you live in a place where there is high need for laborers. that would explain why there are many more men then woman. other then that i really wouldnt no.

I'm not able to give any real true understanding of it however, when I was on recruiting duty back in the mid 80's we were told that in the yrs to come that the male female ratio was going to change. To wit there would be many more women that men. As to were they got the data from is unknown to me. they also said that in our life time that because the male population was going down that more women would be required to do more of the stuff ,men are doing now days. As you can wittiness what they are doing in today's world. So if man wants to keep mankind alive he will have to start going to the bank and making deposits were by the female will need to make the with drawls. I think you can understand the just behind that. To be more than honest it will be after my life time, for I have spent my days here at 51 and have survived three brain tumors so what do you think my odds are?

Also as a side note I think the women are home taken care of the kids and home were the man is out looking to repopulate. In the other towns the tables are turned the other way. Women are steppin gup in this world now days.

I actually don't really notice it; I'd say I see a pretty equal amount of men and women around here (I live in the midwest).

I suppose it could have something to do with the area; I wouldn't be surprised if more than a few of those guys live there because they're looking for a woman. If you're a straight woman, congrats. If you're a straight guy, bummer.

If you check our national census you will clearly see that there are more women than men in the U.S.A. @ certain times of the year people vacation or go different places to work. You can find out the women to men ratio in your city fairly easily. Just consider the time of year and what the city has to offer both sexes. The census bureau keeps close track of our population. Check it out.

I live in South Florida too..... I guess I never really paid attention.... Hmmm and I am still single... GO Figure.... I wonder if the women are sending their men out to shop? Maybe its guys night out??? I am stumped!!! Where in Florida are you? West or East Coast, South or North Florida... I am really curious!!!

what was the question? maybe you see more men than women b/c women have things to do and lives to lead instead of hanging out in the streets. (not all men are like this but some).

There are giant shifts taking place in the populations of boys & girls. Every generation it changes. Eventually this will stagnate and one gender will become the sole occupant of earth....possibly as an effect of global warming and people eating meat.

...all of the really good women are already taken seriously....the rest of em aren't really wanting to be with men otherwise....they simply like to be with other women silly....do the math!
