There is only one difference...
When I was attemping to convince my first serious girlfriend to bump uglies with me, using the term 'sex' or the 'f' word wouldn't work. So I craftily used the term 'make love'. From then on, she wouldn't bloody let me say 'sex' becaus it was too 'dirty'... Dirty? we did it in about every position in every room of her parents house, both of our cars, several tents, and even in a garden during a party...
Now, I refuse to call it 'making love'. Sex, bumping uglies, horozontal mombo, the 'real' dirty dance, deep tissue massage, hide the sausage, etc.
As you get older, your preconceptions about sex being sacred dissolve and it becomes less about pleasuring your partner so she'll talk about it with her friends, and more about enjoying some intimate time with your partner.
Word for the wise... flexibility is key!

who told you that sex is selfish! its not! unless one person gets all the pleasure and the other doesnt care, but then that would make the person selfish.. well anyway... sex is sex, the way you do it is what counts! love making to me is when you doing with who you love no matter if it's crazy, its only sex when its with just anyone who you only like! well that's how i see it
EDIT both ways are mature if you know how to handle it and are responsible!!

No, sex should not be a selfish act. It doesn't matter what you call it.
