he was not really a bully to me...but he would do this thing where he spits on someones face!! and he spit to his right side and left side (i was to his left) so he spit at the girl too (in class) and she said stop....I dont remember to omuch since this was 8th grade! i am in college now!! but i know u probably cant report this to the cops even though spit can carry a disease!! and i remember my mom kissing me but i dont remember if i washed my face from that nasty spit!! i am in college now but yeah if i saw that a hole again i would spit on him

It is assult, but there is a statute of limitations for assult. If you're concerned about commuinicable diseases, you can tell you doctor about your worries and have simple blood work done to set your mind at ease. (Hep. C test)
If you ever do see the bully again I would be sure to have a plan for revenge served up cold, as that is there best way to serve it. Spitting on him could only get you into trouble, as I mentioned before...it IS assult.

I really think you should just let it go im sure carma has gooten him by now. Don't forget if you spit in his face you will be just as bad as him so move on and your in COLLEGE now don't act like such a child. Let it go and you we be a lot happier.
