why would you want to?
its awful to throw away something so valuable...
go to college and work your hardest. You will not regret it.

That depends. Most scholarships are applied towards tuition and fees...and you cant get the money until after you have attended the college a semester. However there are a few out there that allow you to purchase books or a laptop. you have to talk to the sponsors of the scholarships for the specific rules. good luck!

It depends on the scholarship I think. Some I know you can because I did myself (I took time off before college and I used some scholorship money for rent) but I others are dependant on things like your GPA so you would have to be in college to get those.

No. The checks won't be made out to you -- they'll be to the college you got the scholarship to.

Probably not... Scholarships are usually intended for higher education.... i.e. College
