nonprofit privacy?

We are a nonprofit that would like to share photos with our grantees in the form of slideshows. Is there a less "public" avenue on Flickr we could use?

May I suggest you just ask the permission of the people in the photos? Get the permission in writing, and make sure that the form says, "without compensation" and includes web postings as well as printed materials. Then you can show them anywhere you like. You could also create a video on your own site, on a page that's password protected. It's not hard with a webcam, and there are places that will host it as a link for not much money. I'd still make sure you have written permission, though.
