Yes.
That's what philosophy is... And there are thousands, if not millions, of books on that.

I think this might help ...
1. Life can be meaningful without religion l by tapping into the wonder of the universe. Its complexity as represented through experiment, theory, practice and discovery is enough to fill any life with a sense of novelty and amazement.
2. Some scientists see a "spiritual" side to the universe by stressing if the universe is all that there is, and we are a part of this universe, then we are the universe - only in thinking form. Imagine that, we are all representatives of the universe's ability to think back on itself. This is truly extraordinary.
3. Some atheists believe not so much in the spiritual as they do in the "human spirit". It is that sense of adventure, play, curiosity and learning. It is acknowledging that we are here and we have an energy inside us to drive ourselves forward into this spectacular world. This Earth is a playground, a magnificent arena where in one lifetime of experience none will be able to take it all in. This can more than lead to a fulfilling life, a life of energetic nuances.
4. Simply being alive is enough to allow one to appreciate life's value. How cool it is to be an entity such as the human. Just learning about the body itself, its inner workings and associations with its environment is beyond any beauty and grace we can possibly know.
5. This Earth is filled with over six billion different human expressions of life, as well as trillions of other representations of life in the animal kingdoms. This is enough to fill any person with awe-inspiring inspiration. Knowing we share a community on this little blue pearl called Earth should lead to wise stewardship and the need to protect it.
I think the aforementioned is enough to lead to any sort of meaningful life without having to be religious. Life is an experience worth living and can be done so without ever having any knowledge of any god at any time, whatsoever. Hope this helps, thanks.

死に
In Japanese, 4 (shi) and 2 (ni) are together pronounced like "going to death"....
"What is the meaning of life?" is a question many people ask themselves at some point during their lives, most in the context "What is the purpose of life?"
Here are some of the life goals people choose, and some of their beliefs on what the purpose of life is:
...to survive
that is, to live as long as possible, including pursuit of indefinite lifespan (the closest thing to immortality that is theoretically possible) through scientific means
...to evolve
...to replicate, "the dream of a bacteria is to become two bacteria," since DNA replication has a mutation rate, this results in evolution.
...to find happiness
...to seek happiness
to end suffering, to create equality, to challenge oppression, to distribute wealth, be generous, to contribute to a community, to help others, be creative and have fun. And to be a true authentic human being and accept and forgive human flaws.

no because we have life because of our creator...well that doesnt make it a "religous" answer, but there would be no life if there wasnt a "God"
we are here for a reason! we must love and have a close relationship with the higher being to help us down our right path!
in most religions there is something to take out of it and its to love and serve and have a close relationship with "God"..dont let evil suck u in!
Our own egos are our prisons! we need to strip the layers of our evil ego and reveal our beautiful heart and soul!

yes there is.
survive and pass on your genes to the next generation.
thus you do your part to continue the human race.
all life is about survival, if you are looking for some "mystical" elevated purpose, you won't find it. Thats why religion likes to assign some higher purpose because it makes it enticing to people to feel special over the rest of the creatures on the planet.

Yes: Jesus.
'Religion' today, and most of its history, has meant doing a work of some kind to ingratiate oneself with God/gods/goddesses:
FAITH, on the other hand, is believing in the COMPLETED work of salvation, won by Jesus Christ on the cross, and proved by His resurrection on the third day. Therefore, we can do nothing to ingratiate ourselves with God: instead, we ACCEPT the offer of salvation and fellowship with Him, through the indwelling of God the Holy Spirit, made possible by God the Son's sacrifice at Calvary.
Take Jesus as your God, Lord and Saviour while you still can, and may God bless all who truly seek Him.
