In my belief the Gods are not 100% perfect nor Omnipitent (Smarter, more knowledgeable and more insightful than us? Yes. Perfect... No. Now watch Sephie pull some stunt to screw up my day, thus proving my point. ;) ) So, yes, I think they are evolving and changing as time goes on.
What's more is even if they were perfect we are not. We do evolve and what we need from our Gods change as we change. So it would only stand to reason that as our needs change, the Gods also change to meet the demands of those new needs.

By definition, a perfect being cannot evolve. Poor God, He has nothing to look forward to.

I believe He is. His knowledge although billions of years ahead of us evolved over time just as mankind's is. If He made us in His image then He was once like us.

God is not evolving, we are (I hope) evolving in our understanding of Him. We are in His image, but we are not perfect copies of His perfection. Thus, we fumble our way towards Him.

God is complete and always has been. He doesn't need to evolve. Perhaps your knowledge of Him needs to.
