Check how Hosea the Prophet prayed... He must have had a sterile wife!

God sure is a joker! He always answers our prayer if we ask him “according to his will” even before we seal it with the magic Amen* (*so let it be!)!

If your friend wants to be fat and is happy to be that way, then it would be appropriate to pray for that. If you are praying for that to happen to your friend because you want to hurt your friend that is wrong. I would support your friend in what he/she wants.
