mmm, wash you face with really warm water and end with a few splashed of cold water to close your pores to keep dirt from entering and causing break outs.
And always, wash you makeup off at night
Primer, Primer, Primer!
and moisturizer really does make a difference!

Keep your face clean..eat properly, get plenty of rest and go very easy on the makeup. Each time you pull on the skin, you are breaking down the collegen and this leads to lots of wrinkles. Oh yes, moisturize!

Wear SPF
Exorcise regularly
eat fruits and vegetables regularly
Don't smoke drink alchahol in moderation
Get lots of good rest.

these are my routines. use vaseline body moisturizer on your arms, hands, and knees after the shower in the morning, and before you go to bed at night. put vaseline lip therapy on your lips before you go to bed. when washing your face, use warm water while rinsing off/rubbing the wash in, and use very cold water to close your pores. that's what i was taught from my older brother who had acne problems. good luck.

Moisturize your face everyday and always wear sunscreen. Even if it is cold wear it anyways.
