You can't. The concept in and of itself doesn't make sense... when something doesn't make sense, how do you prove it?

Scientists know the brain is a physical thing, and that your thoughts, emotions, feelings all come from it. Its physical, it follows the laws of physics.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but free will in the classic sense does not exist.

We probably can't. And I'm not convinced that it does exist, at least not in practice.
