The truthful answer would be - that God and Jesus Christ, etc does not exist. It is all a figment of the imagination that religions force upon us.

We rely upon the help of others, each and everyday - for the food you eat, and everything else man made in this world, or done by man (of course nature is used and harnessed too), which includes clothes and shelter, too.
Transportation and energy, etc etc. All provided by man.

To those of a religion - go back to the dark ages, will you? Go on - do without the modern technology we all have, and try living without them - and so - be more appreciative of the co-operative help in which we do all help each other, in which religion and God does not take part of.

I agree. Unless you believe in a higher being who has the power to do anything then I'm guessing that life consists of just 70 - 80 years. Mostly spent working 24/7 for the ultimate retirement which is then spent worrying about the health concerns that come with age and the state of the world the grandchildren are growing up in.

My higher power is not God or Jesus Christ. However, I agree with you that human beings should be more helpful to one another.

We're hell-bent on destroying ourselves.

Even those who attempt to deliver a message of peace are silenced violently : Jesus, JFK, MLK, Gandhi, John Lennon, etc.
