The last few days he has been sleeping all day long.. He only gets up to eat and go to the litter box, and occasionally change rooms.

He has always been lazy, but not this much.

Could he be sick? He doesn't have fever, and he eats and drinks water and goes to the litter box normally.

Also he had some kind of dry skin little spots or something. I think it itched, because he kept scratching. And when they disappeared they left a little wound under it, but that is healing normally. What could that have been?

If he's not acting normally please take him to the vet for a thorough check

With these dry skin spots maybe change cat food and take him to a vet and to see what this could be as long your cat is drinking water , going bathroom normal , going out side to catch birds , mice. eating cat food and have a sleep i don't think you should be worried, but with the dry spots you should take him to a vet for a check up. Hope your cat is OK. I am a cat and dogs person.

unless you have actually stuck a thermometer where one takes a temp on a cat, you have no idea if your cat has a fever. My kitten did the same thing your cat did. I let her sleep for two days (she was spayed) and then realized she had a problem. She didn't feel hot, but her temp was 104.5! (normal is 101) very dangerous for a kitten.

I would HIGHLY recommend you get your cat to a vet.

Take him to the vet and have him checked out. It could be allergies or even mange.

No, your cat isn't sick. That just means he/she is just lazy and just wants you to pet her/him once in a while.
