Well, there are several types of doubling up.
DP - 2 guys in 1 hole
DVDA - 2 in the vagina and 2 in the anus at the same time
then you have your standarda, one in the mouth and one in the butt or vagina, ear or hand.
There are exact terms for everything, doubling up is a vauge general term.
Another meaning is to put two condoms on cause the woman is a skank.

In some instances it means reinforcing (or doubling ) the condoms needed because she is believed to be a heightened risk....of course common sense would suggest that if all of that was necessary, it'd be better to pass on the entire event.
