When did the Jewish God teach the Mayans to count?

It's not dooms day. It is the day when the Maya calender changes from one cycle to the next. A day of choices and forward movement (hopefully).
It can be defined as the "end of the world AS WE KNOW IT" no one really said it was going to disappear in a puff of smoke or a nuclear mushroom cloud.

It's not. People want to be around for something meaningful. There's not much which is more meaningful than the end of the world.
I say stop praying and waiting and do something about it. I've been working on a doomsday device for the last four years, and I don't think it will be complete by 12/21/2012

I don't know, but it is really crazy how the Mayans got the convergence date right on the money.

i remember when they said the world was going to end in 1992
