pretty much all of the larger ones and some small.
you need your arm, back and neck muscles to move your arms up and down
you need your calf, ankle, foot, theigh and butt muscles for your legs.

It helps to increase your heart rate (cardiovascular).
Beyond that, I don't really know. I suppose possibly your inner and outer thighs. Your ab and back muscles probably get a little bit of work out as well because you need them for support. Your shoulders probably get a little workout too from the arm motion.

inner/outer thighs with leg movements. triceps. not much of a workout unless your 2. its mostly for warming up your muscles before you work out so you don't injure yourself.

primarily the legs, abdominals and shoulders. they are best used as a warm-up etc. it is not a very effective form of exercise because no muscle is exercised over it's entire range of motion. exercising a muscle over the entire range of motion (ROM) is the only way to effectively stimulate a muscle.
