How tall are you? Sounds to me, it's not fat that makes you overweight. There's two ways they check body weight, you might just pass the tape test. This is when they check your weight by you stomach and neck width. The speeding tickets are not a big deal. On your knees, I'd wait to see what your doctors says. Hope this helps.

You may be able to, but you will need a moral waiver. You will also need a judge to release you from probation to leave for the military. It can happen, but will not be a quick or easy process. You need to speak with your probation officer and a recruiter. They are the only ones who will be able to tell you if you can get the waivers you are looking for.

And the fatman program doesn't exist anymore. You better start getting in shape now. If you don't pass the PT test in basic, you stay in basic until you do!! So run, push and do sit ups!!

You cant even enlist if you have a speeding ticket that isnt taken care of. Chances are you wouldnt be able to get in. And trust me you dont want to come in on the Fatbody program cause you will get nothing but crap from everyone else in the service.

it's spelled WEIGH.

and no you may NOT enlist while you are on probation or owe fines, and NO you cannot ask the judge to cut you a deal just so you can enlist. that would completely disqualify you from enlisting altogether.

Nope, even though troops are expendable, they don't want criminals. Why in God's name would they issue you a weapon???

Sorry 'bout your luck, but the same thing happened to a neighbor's son. Got busted for dope and no go, although he could use some serious basic training/ boot camp, to make him appreciate his civilian life.
