how silly on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being just silly, 10 being total knobhead) would believers feel?

Empanda, I'll never feel silly as theirs enough evidence to say that he almost certainly doesn't exist, which is more than believers have to offr. They just have faith which is belief without evidence

Andy, you're off the scale, you're a forty at least. Still its nice to know that they allow you to use a computer on the psychiatric ward.

It has been!

And they don't feel stupid at all.

They cover their ears and say, "LA, LA, LA...Is that the truth? I don't want to hear it! LA, LA, LA."

Here, I do have proof, for you Christians, that God does not exist.

"FOSSIL!"

There is really no way of 100% proving that unless someone kills themselves and somehow takes a polaroid camara with them when they die. Then takes pictures and somehow comes back to life with snapshots to prove or disprove Gods existance, but then again they might end up in hell. Anyway physical evidence like a picture is the only proof I would take. So are there any volunteers?

A person's faith could never be disproved regardless of how hard you try. You'd have to have faith to understand. On a scale from 1 to 10, how silly would you feel if you died and found out that you were wrong about God not existing? That's the question. I'd rather be wrong about him existing than wrong about him not.....

Wow, seriously I really am shocked (actually i'm not b/c these are the last days and as many as will be allowed to be deceived satan will deceive them) at how many people ask that question. How will you feel on the day when Jesus comes back and proves all the doubters wrong and then you won't have a chance to accept him. It will have been too late. The bible tells us EVERY knee shall bow and EVERY tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord on that day. So why not confess him now and accept him as your personal savior and get saved and join the family. what do you say? To add to your comment-can you see air, can you bottle it up, can you touch it. Well it's the same thing you can't see it but you know it's there.

Oh, goody - another "what if" game. Yipeeee! Can I play, also???

What if it could be proven, irrefutably 100% that atheists really DO have a brain. Should they STILL go to Oz?

Hahahahaha - both our questions are silly.

OK then. What if it could (and it HAS already, by the way, so this isn't a "what if" game), but since the existence of God HAS been irrefutably 100% proven, don't all the atheists, agnostics, mockers and skeptics feel like a total knobhead?

If I believed in God and I was proven wrong about that I would not feel stupid ,disappointed maybe as a FAITH in something or anyone GOD Or GODS is how I can stand to keep on living on this earth with so many Evil doers.

I think all of you people on here are just immature and the only reason that you don't believe in God is because you're afraid that there might be someone out there better than you. Geez...
Not really an answer to your question, but I don't care.

I'll go with 0. Do you always feel "silly" to discover that you're wrong about something? That's just sad.

Edit: How interesting. Rafael is down there talking about how believers won't be able to handle a hypothetical question, while the original questioner is proving in his additional details that he can't handle a hypothetical question. Irony, anyone? Side order of irony?

Completely retarded. You spend your whole life worshiping a piece of metal with a naked man pinned to it, in the shape of lower case t. How stupid would they feel?

This stupid -

Picture walking around the mall, and suddenly you see a girl you like, she comes up to ask you out and you accidentally piss yourself, while tripping into a pile of dog crap, and at the same time you develop a terrible case of acne while minor signs of eczema appear on your arms, and your cloths rip exposing an under developed organ.

let me know when you proven it and ill tell you how i feel, but i dont think i would feel silly since i dont feel silly when my scientific theories in biomedicine i squashed by new research, its a fact of life your wrong some time, ask a good scientist for a scientific fact and they will say nothing is a fact but the evidence sugests .... simply because no scientist can say something is an absolute fact since new research is always sugesting the oposite of research done by another individual and their team

Why is it always up to people to prove that he does not exist, surely the onus should be on the brainwashed sheep to prove that he does.
2000 years of praying and no answer yet, worse than British Telecom.
