I can name four.
Transubstantiation (and the other -substantiations), the Trinity, the dual nature of Christ, and salvation through grace rather than works.
If we want to be a bit loose with things, freewill is also a candidate for an idea in Christianity (more of an idea resulting from Christianity, though).
Purgatory might work too, though it depends on if that counts since it isn't supported by Christian cannon.
Note: It isn't that the Trinity is unique to Christianity, just that it didn't exist previously in another religion. Though, given all the theological whatnots that surrounds the Trinity, even when there are similarities in other beliefs they still aren't exactly the same.

I doubt it as well. The Bible states in Romans 1:19 - 20 that God has made His presence undeniable through His creation so that all the world will be without excuse. In verses 21 -23 the Bible states that even though the world knew God some chose not to give Him glory or thanks and as a result their thinking became useless and their hearts became dull to the truth. Today these same deniers of God's Truth claim to be so very wise but God calls them fools because they have traded the glory of the one true God for counterfeit images to worship like self, other people, and nature.
So, what is evident, is that mankind is obsessed with religion and seeks to fill the void within themselves with all sorts of counterfeit God's. So what, counterfeit God's existed on earth when Jesus Christ, the incarnate God, came on the scene physically in human history.
Jesus Christ came to earth to proclaim that He is the one true God and that a separation exists between mankind and God that can never be bridged through our own human efforts so He himself put on human flesh and became 100% human while still retaining His deity and showed us how we were to live. He then went on to pay our death penalty so we would not have to. All we have to do is acknowledge that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, believe that He died in our place, and then ask Him to be our Lord & Savior. It does not end there, Christ knows what we are made of and He knows that we cannot resist the urge to follow our own selfish, self-desctructive, God-insulting desires so once we are rescued from the penalty of sin through salvation He seals the deal once and for all by placing His spirit within us to live in us, guide us, teach us the meaning of scripture, rebuke & correct us, renew our thinking, comfort us, strengthen us and encourage us until we either die and our spirit immediately goes to be with Him in Heaven or until the end of the age when Christ promises to return to earth to gather up all of His children.
Christianity in it's truest sense is not a religion. Meaning it is not a list of agreed upon principles to follow in order to earn the right to get to God, or heaven , or nirvana, or paradise, or whatever the named end point. Christians don't follow a list of principles we follow a person! We are not saved by following any guidelines rather we are saved by a person!
Christianity is unique in the idea that God chose to save mankind because of His mercy and love toward us while we were actively being His enemy. God alone moved into human history to redeem His most precious creation back to Himself.

All truths are God's truths no matter where you find them. Truths do not contradict.
What's different with Christianity is that is claims to have the SAVING truth in Jesus Christ alone.
Christianity preaches the uniqueness and finality of Jesus Christ.

I'm not sure any other religion had a flesh and blod son of god
EDIT: Rafael, you are right. Nothing else comes to my mind
I think religions resemble pretty much .... and they should, it's the moral rules that matter anyway

The fact that God went down to live as one of us to lead us and then be tortured for us. God would rather sacrifice himself then see us go down but even still lets it be our choice. Thats a good dad if you ask me and that is what separates christianity.
