But I don't have 3 eggs only 2, and they are regular "large" eggs. I also don't have many other ingredients for substitutions. I can't go to the store so if anyone knows if using just 2 eggs would be okay, or if I can use more water or oil? Thanks for your help.

I don't have mayo either! Just finished it up for a tuna sandwhich. I'll just try to more water tip. But thanks :)

I have done this before just add 1/4 cup more water. on the fly with 4 kids here

I've heard you can use a banana...

But if you have a can of soda (diet or reg.) than just scratch all the other ingredients as well and mix the can of soda with the cake mix and bake according to the box directions - cake comes out nice and moist.

if u have mayo u can sub. 1Tbsp of mayo for an egg i have before and it works fine

3 TBS Mayonnaise will work for the third egg.
