the missing part is the head teacher called us in for a meeting , he did not own his teacher and the teacher was not lieing on the floor ,the question was what do you think of the teacher asking if im haveing sex in front of my kids

By the look of your nasty picture, I am sure you make your kids watch you. Some people should not wear revealing clothes- have some dignity.
Now with that being said; it's natural for children to "self-explore" themselves. Dr.'s actually say allow them to do it- as masturbation is a normal behavior- however; he needs to be taught that there is a time and place for it. In his bedroom with no one around should be the only place that it is allowed.
But you have to practice what you preach. And if you want your children to behave properly in public- they have to see appropriate behavior at home!

Kids do this, they grow out of it. As a head teacher of a nursery she should be well aware of it.

Its normal for kids of any age to experiement with their bodies. Theres nothing sexual about it- he's only 4. He just realizes that moving a certain way, or pressing a certain way feels good.
Just tell him not to do that stuff, its not nice.
