Okay. So im trying to lose weight but i cant seem to stay on a good diet. Like one week i will eat healthy and work out everyday but the next week im just not up to working out. What can i do to stay on a good diet??

make small changes in the diet little by little, week by week

identify your weaknesses when it comes to unhealthy eating practices and try to reduce or resolve them

STOP bringing junk foods into the home
