Dude dont let these people tell you it will fit but it wont work. Ive been doing profesional instalation for a long time now and the main reason people get a deck with a USB port is so that they can take that little memory stick and play their music. So go ahead and get yourself a memory stick put some MP3's on it and plug it in to the usb port on your stereo and it will read it and play the music. Now if it doesnt work it will give you and error and then that means something is wrong with the deck itsself. I actually have one myself. Dont let these people tell you different and I really thing if people dont know what the **** they are talking about they shouldnt try and answer the question because it just throws the person that trying to solve the problem off

Yes, most people prob connect their ipods etc to the stereo thru the usb then use the controls on their mp3 player
im guessin u wonderin whether you can access the tracks on a pen drive or some such drive wiv no controls on....

it must be a case of being able to access the tracks using the stereo itself.

i know you can do this on mine

but i think some others may not let you

i would suggest just trying it

pen drives cost not much an if it doesnt work just get a 1st gen ipod shuffle on the cheap and hey presto!!!

Most USB ports on a head unit will allow you to play iPod audio through the USB connection, but not all. Take your iPod with you and test it in the store, or download an owner's manual from the manufacturer's web site before you buy.

What?

If the memory stick goes into a USB slot then it will go into any USB slot... but a car radio isn't going to be able to read the memory stick or allow you to do anything with it... so why would you bother?

yes it should work just fine, look at the manual for your deck, often times there may be stipulations ,like it will not read protected mp's (ie. itunes) but that can be worked around pretty easily. or it may need to be one of several bit rates ect...

I think it will.

If you add music to your memory stick then this will mean your radio can play it (hopefully).
